More than a tire job
Want to become a mechanic, learn alignments and automotive maintenance, or move into service advising? You can work toward those goals here.
You’ll start with tires and have opportunities to learn oil changes, batteries, fluid services, alignments, and additional automotive repairs as your skills develop. If you’re interested in working with customers, there’s also a path toward service advising.

What you’ll do
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair passenger and light truck tires.
- Inspect tire condition, tread wear, and air pressure.
- Service tire pressure monitoring systems.
- Follow proper vehicle lifting, wheel torque, and safety procedures.
- Perform oil changes, battery services, and other maintenance as trained.
- Help stock inventory and keep the shop clean and organized.
- Take care of customers’ vehicles and shop equipment, and support your teammates.
What we’re looking for
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled Saturday shifts.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to take coaching.
- Someone who works efficiently without cutting corners.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Ability to meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
