What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Data Practice Lead to join our growing Data Cloud Practice. You will work closely with our leading clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the team, setting the standard for delivery excellence and customer outcomes
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and strong client relationships
• Respond to commercial opportunities, including RFPs, RFQs and tenders, from qualification through to submission and pitch
• Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in insights, AI, and cloud solutions, internally and in market
• Build and sustain a high-performing, collaborative team culture

Essential Skills/experience Required

• Proven experience leading a team of data professionals.
• Expertise across one or more of the following: Data Cloud platforms (Snowflake or Databricks) insights/analytics or AI technologies.
• Track record of delivering customer outcomes across multiple concurrent projects
• Customer-centric, delivery-driven mindset
• Confident communicator with a leadership presence; able to represent the practice externally

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Nice to have: 

• Consulting experience
• Hands-on experience responding to RFPs, RFQs and tenders
• Data governance knowledge
