Operations Analyst - 12 Month Contract

Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects: product launches, integrations, and strategic initiatives.

Act as the central point of coordination between local and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.

Drive project execution by defining timelines, tracking milestones, identifying risks and dependencies, and following up on action items.

Gather business requirements, prepare project documentation (BRD, SOP, Memo), and support implementation from planning through launch.

Coordinate external partner and banking integrations, including testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Evaluate A/B tests, analyse and propose UX/UI enhancements, and product optimization initiatives.

Conduct market, competitor, and product analysis and provide actionable recommendations.

Degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields.

At least 3-5 years’ directly related experience in a project management, business operation role.

A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques such as proprietary analytical software, data models and programming languages.

A natural curiosity to identify, investigate and explain trends and patterns in data and an ability to analyse and break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear and simple language for communication.

Prior internal/client-facing consulting/business transformation experience preferred.

A passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain, Machine Learning and AI.

Bilingual English/Kazak is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Background in financial services or investment banking would be a plus.

Experience in leading projects would be a plus.
