Project Controls Reporting Lead

Supporting the East Harbour Transit Hub, the Project Controls Reporting Lead will oversee project performance reporting, developing dashboards, analyzing cost and schedule data, and delivering insights that support informed decision-making across the project.

The role is based out of office in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, validate, and analyze project data from multiple sources to support accurate and timely reporting

  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, executive dashboards, and Board-level updates

  • Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics that improve project visibility, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making

  • Support forecast submissions to maintain reporting governance, consistency, and data integrity

  • Present project performance updates and insights to senior leadership, supporting effective governance and decision-making

  • 10+ years of project controls experience on major construction or infrastructure projects

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and project controls systems

  • Experience developing performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks

  • Proven ability to consolidate large volumes of project data, analyze performance trends, and produce accurate, insightful reports

  • Strong executive presentation and communication skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather, validate, and synthesize information from multiple project participants

  • PMP, CCP, EVP, or similar project controls certifications considered an asset
