• →Take overall responsibility for daily maintenance, emergency breakdown repair, maintenance and replacement of circulating water pumps, spray pumps, various motors, cooling fans and pipeline networks within the plant area. Capable of independently troubleshooting common equipment faults including abnormal noise, excessive vibration, water leakage, overheating motors, damaged bearings, worn fan belts, pipeline seepage, aging joints and valve malfunctions, so as to guarantee the 24-hour stable operation of electromechanical equipment.
• →Strictly implement the equipment maintenance plan, complete pump bearing replacement, motor maintenance, fan belt replacement, pipeline rust removal and fastening, valve overhaul and sealing part replacement on schedule, establish equipment maintenance ledgers, and reduce equipment failure rates.
• →Be responsible for daily patrol inspection, water quality control, chemical dosing and internal circulation operation of closed cooling towers, elevated water tanks and circulating water systems. Precisely control water consumption (evaporation, wind drift, blowdown) to ensure normal flow, pressure and temperature parameters of the water cooling system.
• →Conduct regular inspections of the whole plant's cooling water pipelines, water supply and drainage pipe networks, flanges, gaskets and pipeline supports, promptly handle issues such as water leakage, pipeline blockage and abnormal water pressure to ensure smooth and stable operation of the pipe networks.
• →Able to respond rapidly, conduct independent troubleshooting and implement quick repairs for sudden faults including pump and motor overload, fan shutdown, pipeline rupture and abrupt drop in system water pressure, and realize closed-loop management of all faults.
• →Take charge of auxiliary equipment of other corporate facilities, anti-corrosion and anti-seepage works, minor renovations, site drainage, as well as inspection and rectification of hidden dangers in public facilities to keep the plant infrastructure intact.
• →Skilled in motor vehicle driving and responsible for daily material transfer within the plant; proficient in forklift operation, capable of independently completing cargo loading and unloading, and conducting daily inspection, maintenance and safe operation of forklifts.

• Age: 25–40 years old. Education related to mechanical & electrical engineering, refrigeration, water supply & drainage, and equipment maintenance are preferred. Must accept long-term on-site residency.
• Familiar with the structural principles of water pumps, motors, fans, pipelines, valves, bearings and sealing parts; capable of independent disassembly, assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting and emergency repair, with practical experience in the operation and management of infrastructures such as data centers, mining sites, industrial parks or public utilities.
• Understand the operation logic of industrial cooling towers and circulating water systems; candidates with experience in water quality control and circulating water operation & maintenance are preferred.
• Skilled in the practical operation of forklifts and motor vehicles.
• Able to work shifts, night shifts and handle emergency rush repairs; comply with on-site management arrangements.
• Possess basic capabilities of written record-keeping and data statistics; candidates with factory facility operation and maintenance experience will be given priority.
• Capable of reading and comprehending English technical documents, and possessing effective English communication skills to support daily operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of a person’s time during the day while on-site. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The role allows working remotely flexibly where necessary.
