We’re seeking a Creatio Data Developer to join our Delivery Team. In this role, you will combine strong database, migration, synchronization and integration knowledge with solid professional and client-facing skills. This role focuses on moving data from external systems into Creatio, synchronizing data across systems and databases, and helping customers define a practical migration approach based on their current architecture, data model, and business processes.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead client discovery on source systems, data structures, field mappings, business rules, and integration requirements.
• Design and run end-to-end migrations into Creatio, covering staging, transformation, validation, load, sequencing, and cutover.
• Map entities, keys, dependencies, and parent-child relationships across source and target systems.
• Build and support synchronization between databases, applications, and CRM platforms, including full and incremental loads, upserts, change tracking, conflict handling, and rollback.
• Cleanse, normalize, deduplicate, enrich, and reconcile data, then validate completeness and accuracy after each load.
• Document mappings, transformation rules, assumptions, and validation criteria.
• Troubleshoot issues across the database, integration, and application layers.
• Own the work from analysis through development, testing, validation, and post-deployment support.
• Work closely with customers, analysts, developers, and QA, and also work well on your own.

Desired Skills & Experience

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, database development, or data engineering.
• Creatio experience (strongly preferred): its data model, core entities, and integration patterns. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar CRM experience is highly valued.
• CRM entities and source systems: accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products, activities, and cases, along with source systems such as MS Dynamics, Business Central, and spreadsheets.
• Databases: strong relational database and data modeling knowledge, with hands-on MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL experience.
• SQL: advanced querying (joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, and validation queries) and database objects (views, stored procedures, functions, indexes, and triggers).
• Pipelines and integration: ETL/ELT pipelines and SSIS packages, plus REST APIs, OData, and common integration patterns.
• Data formats: strong JSON skills, and familiarity with CSV, XML, spreadsheets, and flat files.
• Delivery tools: Git or Bitbucket, and Agile delivery using Jira.
• Data security: secure handling of sensitive business data.
• Communication: clear with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and confident in client-facing discussions about architecture, scope, risks, and synchronization approach.
• Working style: willing to ask clarifying questions and challenge unclear assumptions; a proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail; able to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and environments
• Python for data processing, validation, reconciliation, and automation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, data lakes, and medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).

Nice to Have

• C# for integration services, backend utilities, and migration tools.
• Ability to build reusable scripts that improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
• Practical use of AI for mapping analysis, SQL drafting, transformation review, reconciliation, and documentation, with careful validation of outputs to protect accuracy, security, and business context.
