We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents (Call Centre).  If you’ve got great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help people, we’ll teach you the rest.

At BizCover, we support small businesses by making insurance simple and hassle-free. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them understand their options and ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish.

·       Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

·       Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

·       Troubleshoot technical issues to help customers make the most of our platform.

·       Keep up to date with insurance industry knowledge to provide the best possible recommendations.

·       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management.

·       Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
