Responsibilities

→Own our HubSpot instance and other software and tooling for our Marketing and BDR functions
→Research, design, document and implement operational improvements
→Manage dashboards and reports in Tableau, HubSpot and other BI tools
→Train revenue team members and serve as primary contact for all platform and analytics questions related to CRM, BI, and other platforms
→Work with COO to support new product and capability developments in value delivery by leveraging technology platforms
→Collaborate with senior leadership to ideate and prioritize capability-building projects

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of relevant work experience supporting sales, marketing, customer success or similarly tech-driven and analytically rigorous role in finance or operations
Admin experience with HubSpot, Tableau or Salesforce
High intellectual curiosity and strong ability to learn
Comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivated
Highly proficient in declarative (non-code) software configuration
Highly proficient in handling, analyzing and presenting data
