Job Title : Senior Manager – Operations Qualification : Graduates Relevant Experience : Minimum 12 years of overall experience in Outbound Telesales / Voice Sales Must Have Skills : • Strong experience in Outbound Sales / Telesales • Experience managing large/high-performing sales teams • Hands-on experience with Dialer strategies • Strong sales strategy and target management skills • Performance management, coaching & team development • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills • Excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills • Experience handling sales metrics and driving revenue Good Have Skills : • Experience in Insurance Sales domain • Experience managing remote/distributed teams • Knowledge of CRM / Sales Force Automation tools • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies Roles and Responsibilities : • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the outbound sales team • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets • Manage team performance through regular reviews, coaching and feedback • Identify skill gaps and conduct training/development initiatives • Analyze sales metrics and trends to improve team productivity and conversion • Drive continuous improvement and maintain a high-performance culture • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth business operations • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and regulatory requirements • Effectively manage dialer strategies and optimize sales productivity Location : Navi Mumbai CTC Range : Upto 15 Lpa Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Mode of Interview : Virtual Shift Timing : Flexible shift Mode of Work : Work from Office
