Minimum 3 experience as an IT Business Analyst
Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience with requirements gathering techniques (workshops, interviews, process mapping)
Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, etc.)
