Responsibilities

→Accountable for oversight of all aspects within the pharmacy consistent with professional, ethical, and legal standards of proper pharmacy practice
→Responsible for the registration of pharmacy staff involved in the pharmacy workflow including data entry, verification and dispensing of medications
→Responsible for meeting pharmacy throughput and quality targets. This includes auditing, accuracy verifications and assisting as needed in regulatory reviews
→Participate in and monitor quality improvement and assurance processes
→Ensure confidentiality of patient information and their records, and destruction of relevant documentation which contains patient information
→Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
→Work collaboratively with other Blink pharmacies/staff and the management team
→Partner with Blink's Training team to ensure appropriate training of Missouri Pharmacy Technicians and Trainees
→Coordinate with compliance and legal teams on state-specific regulatory changes
→Respond to requests from State Boards of Pharmacy or other regulatory agencies

Requirements

Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy
Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing and unrestricted with the Board of Pharmacy
1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist-In-Charge (for external candidates)
Must be willing and able to obtain additional Pharmacist licensure in other states as required
Skillful communicator and demonstrated ability to connect with patients, colleagues, and management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong command of the English language
Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
