What We Offer

~3 min read

The Patient Services Operations team is central in advancing our mission to provide affordable care and deliver exceptional patient experience. We are seeking an Onboarding Manager to join our Training team.

This coach-first role sits at the intersection of new hire experience and people leadership. You'll guide new hourly team members through their first weeks at BlinkRx, helping them build confidence, connect with our culture, and grow into successful members of the team.

You'll be the first leader many of our new hires work with, which means you'll shape how they experience BlinkRx from day one. As part of the Training organization, you’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Workplace Services, and Operations to build a consistent, supportive onboarding experience, and use data to understand what helps new hires thrive. This is an ideal opportunity for a people-focused leader who loves coaching and developing others, balances empathy with accountability, and wants to make a lasting impact on the start of someone's career.

✓Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day 1
✓401k with Traditional and Roth options
✓Paid sick and vacation time
✓Holidays off
✓12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents; 4 weeks for non-birthing parents (including adoption and foster placement)
✓Short-term and long-term disability coverage at no cost
✓Life insurance
✓Commuter FSA for pre-tax transit and parking savings; free onsite parking at all pharmacy locations
✓Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with counseling, life and wellness coaching, legal/financial advice, and more
✓Daily snack and drink stipend at all pharmacy locations
