Competitive Compensation with Profit Sharing – We offer total compensation ranging from $96,000–$119,000 for non-leadership roles, with additional earning potential through profit-sharing bonuses.

Ongoing Clinical Development – Invest in your growth with $1,500 in annual CEU reimbursement to support your goals, plus 2 paid CEU days each year.

Flexible Caseload Options – We understand that professional goals vary. Through our Impact Paths, you can choose a caseload and treatment hour model that aligns with your preferences:

  • Flex Tier – ~6 comprehensive clients | ~25 treatment hours
  • Balance Tier – ~7 comprehensive clients | ~29 treatment hours
  • Impact Tier – ~8 comprehensive clients | ~30 treatment hours

  • Collaborative Treatment Team – Work alongside a dedicated group of skilled and well-trained RBTs.

    Career progression: BCBA → Lead BCBA → Senior BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Regional Director of Clinical Services

    Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for all clients on your caseload

    Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing feedback to RBTs and supporting staff, ensuring alignment with Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards

    Track, monitor, and analyze client data to make informed adjustments and optimize treatment outcomes

    Partner with caregivers to strengthen engagement and ensure effective application of ABA strategies in the home environment

    Work collaboratively with Bloomwell teammates to foster a positive, inclusive environment centered on belonging

  • Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB. 
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards.
  • State license, as required. 
  • Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
