• →Review and verify dept HACCP paperwork
• →Register and record key process steps; from start to finish of batch
• →Assist w/ Pack out line set-up
• →Enter all recipes into the Production database systems
• →Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate w/ Lead, Coordinator
• →Production Support as needed
• →Radio Frequency (RF) usage

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
