Blue Collars is looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to spearhead our revenue efforts, open new markets, and strengthen our presence across the plumbing and HVAC industry. About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading all sales initiatives—from developing new business to managing key accounts and helping shape long-term strategy. You’ll identify growth opportunities, negotiate deals, build lasting partnerships, and work closely with leadership to drive measurable results. This is a high-impact role where your ideas, leadership, and relationships will directly influence our company’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new markets, industries, and client opportunities.
  • Research trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to strategically guide outreach.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, quoting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline while hitting revenue targets.
  • Build long-term partnerships with property managers, contractors, commercial clients, and industry leaders.
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for high-value accounts.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to build visibility and brand strength.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align goals, ensure seamless delivery, and maximize opportunities.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and report on performance metrics.
  • Develop and refine sales strategies to support scalable, sustainable growth.
  • Bring proactive ideas, insights, and solutions to the table.
  • Experienced Sales Professional: Proven success in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear, confident, and excellent at building rapport.
  • Strategic & Driven: You know how to identify opportunities and execute plans.
  • Organized & Self-Motivated: Able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Team-Oriented: Works well with others and contributes to a strong culture.
  • Industry Experience (Preferred): Plumbing, HVAC, construction, or property-related industries are a plus—but not required.
