Accounting Manager

• →Support daily accounting operations, including account reconciliations and financial data entry
• → Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records and reporting
• →Review and process invoices, vendor payments, and related documentation
• →Contribute to project-based billing and cost tracking activities
• →Partner with internal teams to ensure financial data aligns with operational workflows
• →Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• →Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
• 0 to 5 years of accounting experience, including internships
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with financial data
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Maintains an optimistic mindset and shows strong openness to development

• Exposure to project-based or construction-related accounting environments
• Familiarity with payroll or accounts payable processes
• Experience using accounting software such as Sage or similar systems
