- Lead architecture projects from early planning through construction administration for healthcare and clinical environments
- Guide project scope, schedules, consultant coordination, and document quality across multiple active assignments
- Partner with preconstruction and field teams to keep design intent aligned with constructability, budget, and site execution
- Serve as a primary client contact, translating operational goals into practical, code aware design solutions
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, and consultant inputs to reduce rework and maintain project momentum
- Apply knowledge of healthcare planning, life safety, and code requirements in fast paced renovation and ground up work
- Use Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related tools to produce organized, accurate, construction ready documentation
- Bring a detail driven, team first approach with the ability to manage several projects and communicate with urgency
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program
- Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural project leadership, project delivery, or similar roles
- Strong background in construction documentation, consultant coordination, and construction phase support
- Experience working on healthcare, medical office, clinical, or similarly regulated project types
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with site observation, design clarification workflows, and cross functional team communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance deadlines across multiple projects
- Clear communication style and confidence working with clients, internal teams, and external partners
- Experience with LiDAR capture or Matterport tools is a plus
