  • Lead architecture projects from early planning through construction administration for healthcare and clinical environments
  • Guide project scope, schedules, consultant coordination, and document quality across multiple active assignments
  • Partner with preconstruction and field teams to keep design intent aligned with constructability, budget, and site execution
  • Serve as a primary client contact, translating operational goals into practical, code aware design solutions
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, and consultant inputs to reduce rework and maintain project momentum
  • Apply knowledge of healthcare planning, life safety, and code requirements in fast paced renovation and ground up work
  • Use Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related tools to produce organized, accurate, construction ready documentation
  • Bring a detail driven, team first approach with the ability to manage several projects and communicate with urgency
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program
  • Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural project leadership, project delivery, or similar roles
  • Strong background in construction documentation, consultant coordination, and construction phase support
  • Experience working on healthcare, medical office, clinical, or similarly regulated project types
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with site observation, design clarification workflows, and cross functional team communication
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance deadlines across multiple projects
  • Clear communication style and confidence working with clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Experience with LiDAR capture or Matterport tools is a plus
