Data Center MEP Superintendent

• →Lead daily field operations for MEP scopes on mission critical construction projects
• →Coordinate construction sequencing, manpower planning, and material procurement
• →Partner with project leadership to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including short-term look-ahead plans
• →Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations
• →Facilitate preconstruction and coordination meetings with internal teams and trade partners
• →Monitor installation progress, proactively identifying and resolving field issues
• →Ensure compliance with construction documents, codes, and safety standards
• →Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
• →Drive quality control efforts through regular inspections and adherence to standards
• →Support labor planning, workforce coordination, and productivity optimization

• 5 plus years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on MEP systems
• Proven experience on mission critical or data center projects strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software tools is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site and support project demands
