Responsibilities

- →Strengthen data accuracy across production, inventory, and transaction activity so operational reporting and financial visibility remain reliable.
- →Build, develop, and lead a small team focused on ERP transactions and data support.
- →Partner closely with operations leadership and finance to ensure plant activity is recorded correctly and translated into actionable business insight.
- →Create practical workflows, training materials, and process documentation that improve consistency across the site.
- →Coach employees on proper system use and reinforce process discipline in a way that supports production goals.
- →Review ERP data health, identify gaps or recurring issues, and drive corrective action that improves trust in the system.
- →Support reporting, user adoption, and long-term ERP effectiveness as the organization continues to scale.
- Strong NetSuite experience in a business-critical environment
- Experience working in manufacturing operations
- A process focused leadership style with the ability to build accountability and adoption
- Comfort working with tenured plant teams and training non-technical users
- Ability to connect shop floor activity with accurate downstream financial reporting
- Strong communication, coaching, and cross functional collaboration skills
