Project Manager - Mission Critical

• →Lead day-to-day execution of mission critical construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• →Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success from preconstruction through completion
• →Contribute to upfront project planning by preparing estimates, coordinating subcontractor procurement, analyzing bids, and establishing project schedules
• →Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
• →Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and key milestones
• →Oversee quality assurance and commissioning processes to meet strict operational standards
• →Evaluate construction risks and support contract negotiations and decision-making processes
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project partners
• →Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements
• →Available for travel based on project requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years’ background overseeing commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Experience with construction management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

• Experience working on mission critical or data center projects
• Familiarity with complex MEP systems and commissioning processes
• Understanding of critical environment protocols, including sequencing and turnover requirements
• Experience with method of procedure (MOP) documentation and execution
