2nd Shift Supervisor

• →Lead second shift production activities to support daily throughput, safety, and quality targets
• →Direct and support hourly team members, set expectations, and maintain accountability across the shift
• →Coach employees, address performance concerns, and contribute to workforce development efforts
• →Adjust staffing and workflow based on production needs, priorities, and changing plant conditions
• →Partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve floor issues, reduce downtime, and maintain standards
• →Review shift performance, communicate updates, and document key operational activity for smooth handoff between teams
• →Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing procedures, addressing concerns, and supporting corrective actions when needed
• →Use plant systems and reporting tools to monitor operations and help drive informed decision making

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading hourly production employees in a plant setting
• Strong background in safety, quality, and production leadership
• Experience with employee coaching, performance management, and team development
• Strong communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Working knowledge of ERP, MES, SAP, or similar shop floor systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Associate degree preferred
• Ability to work on site and support second shift operations
