EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER HILTON GARDEN INN (MT LAUREL / SELECT SERVICE)

We are seeking a hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations at a select-service Hilton Garden Inn.

This is a working leadership role — not just oversight.

• → Oversee daily housekeeping operations
• → Manage room attendants and housekeeping staff
• → Ensure guest rooms meet Hilton brand standards
• → Manage schedules, productivity, and labor
• → Maintain cleanliness across all public spaces
• → Handle inspections and quality control

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead a small team and drive accountability
• Hands-on approach — visible on the floor
• Experience managing daily room turnover

• Prior housekeeping leadership experience (hotel preferred)
• Ability to work weekends/holidays
• Strong organizational and communication skills
