Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile all daily transactions
- →Check guests in and out efficiently during overnight hours
- →Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Marriott brand standards
- →Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
- →Maintain safety and security of the hotel throughout the shift
- →Prepare daily financial and operational reports for management
Requirements

- Basic math, accounting, and computer skills
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work independently on overnight shifts (typically 11 PM – 7 AM)
- Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred, but not required
