Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist aerial linemen with the installation of fiber optic and coaxial cables.
- →Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- →Set up and maintain a safe work zone, including traffic control when required.
- →Operate hand tools and assist with basic construction tasks.
- →Handle cable placement from the ground and support lashing operations.
- →Maintain communication with crew members during lifts and aerial work.
- →Clean and prepare job sites before, during, and after construction.
- →Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues.
- →Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements

- Prior construction or outdoor labor experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn telecommunications construction practices.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Pay is based upon experience
