Field Supervisor Fiber Optics

• →Supervise fiber optic crews and subcontractors at active jobsites; set daily priorities and monitor progress.
• →Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, site access, and work schedules with project managers and customers.
• →Check work for quality across fiber placement, splicing, testing, restoration, and project closeout.
• →Promote safe work practices and ensure crews follow company, customer, and project requirements.
• →Review production and job documentation, including daily reports, photos, and material records.
• →Coach team members, resolve routine field issues, and escalate schedule, quality, or safety concerns promptly.
• →Travel between jobsites across the Atlanta metro area as project needs require.

• Experience in fiber optic construction, splicing, testing, or a related telecommunications field.
• Previous field leadership or crew supervision experience.
• Ability to read construction plans, prints, and work orders; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship.
  Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local jobsites.
• Ability to work outdoors and meet the physical requirements of field operations.

• Experience leading fiber construction or splicing crews.
• Familiarity with OTDR testing, fiber test documentation, and project closeout.
• OSHA or other relevant safety training; experience coordinating subcontractors and customer-facing field work.
