In This Role
You will provide administrative and operational support to teams within a large global technology organization. The role focuses on workplace operations, office and space management, executive calendar coverage, expense administration, employee engagement activities, office moves, and hardware procurement. You will work independently on assigned projects while partnering closely with onsite administrative professionals and supporting colleagues across multiple international locations.
This is a hybrid position based in Redmond, Washington, requiring onsite attendance at two nearby office locations at least three days per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with the potential for approved overtime and assignment extension based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple teams.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and other team activities.
- Manage complex executive calendars and provide backup calendar coverage when other administrative professionals are unavailable.
- Co-manage office space, seating plans, floor plans, and organizational resources.
- Support office relocations and other workplace transition initiatives.
- Review and facilitate expense report approvals in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate facility purchasing, hardware procurement, and general office operations.
- Assist with employee engagement, morale, and charitable-giving initiatives.
- Support personnel-related and departmental financial operations.
- Partner with administrative professionals supporting large and geographically distributed teams.
- Provide onsite operational support for teams located in the United States and internationally.
- Evaluate requests, raise concerns when appropriate, and ensure alignment with company policies and organizational practices.
- Independently manage assigned projects, deadlines, and deliverables with minimal oversight.
- Complete special projects and additional administrative assignments as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, accuracy, discretion, and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the client’s corporate environment and familiarity with its internal workplace practices and tools.
- 3–5 years of experience managing complex executive calendars.
- 2–3 years of project management experience.
- 1–2 years of experience managing expenses and expense-report workflows within a large corporate environment.
- Experience supporting senior executives and their broader teams.
- Strong understanding of administrative operations, space management, expense management, and workplace support.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with limited supervision.
- Strong time-management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with administrative teams and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience supporting remote and globally distributed teams.
- Proficiency with email, calendar management, word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Ability to work onsite in Redmond, Washington, at least three days per week and travel between two nearby office locations.
- Ability to work a standard 40-hour, Monday-through-Friday schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing temporary calendar and administrative coverage for executive assistants during absences.
- Experience supporting large organizations with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of the client’s internal administrative, expense, space-management, and workplace tools.
- Experience supporting office moves, seating-plan changes, and workspace-management initiatives.
- Experience coordinating employee engagement, morale, or charitable-giving programs.
- Experience supporting teams across multiple countries or time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and appropriately challenge requests that conflict with company policies.
- Proven success operating autonomously after completing initial training and checkpoints.
Compensation
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $24 to $26 per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
