We are looking for energetic engineers to solve integration challenges for the modernized Global Command and Control System – Joint (GCCS-J) built by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). You’ll experiment with GCCS-J beata releases to solve hard integration problems for GCCS-J in support of Combatant Commands, the DISA Mission Partner Environment (MPE) and DISA Joint Operational Edge (JOE/JOE‑CE) initiatives. You’ll deploy, operate, and improve GCCS-J integration solutions to help the GCCS-J PMO plan and coordinate the delivery of interoperable, modernized GCCS-J capabilities for real‑world operations. Our purpose is singular — to optimize warfighter performance through information technology.
Responsibilities
~2 min readAs an integration & ops engineer member, you’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our DISA customer, the GCCS-J software development team, the C2 Portfolio program offices, and engineers from emerging commercial C2 systems that need to integrate with GCCS-J, such as Palantir and Anduril.
- →
Support third-party integration engineering for the GCCS-J PMO so it can be adapted to support MPE and JOE goals — including vertical integration with PAE Services, PAE Cyber, PAE Transport, and DISA J‑9, and horizontal data exchange with third‑party systems.

Produce the artifacts that keep the program moving: DoDAF‑compliant architectural diagrams, network comms diagrams, integration design and solution documentation, TEM minutes, demonstration reports, and trip reports.
- →
Make recommendations and advise on improvements for GCCS-J integration architecture, design, networking, legacy and high‑speed data exchange, electromagnetic spectrum technologies, cybersecurity, DoD‑approved commercial cloud, and frontier AI models and agents.
