Customer Service & Sales Support Representative
Location: Lyndhurst, OH (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role: Bluestone Trading Co Inc. is looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our team in our Lyndhurst office. The primary focus of this role is to offer unparalleled customer service and create an experience that keeps our clients coming back. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries and assisting regular accounts.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every interaction. We hire for personality and train the skillset!
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications: Answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers and suggest products based on their needs.
- Provide support to the outside sales team: Assist the team by responding to requests and filling orders while they are out of the office.
- Consult with customers for success: Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products based on their unique needs.
- Maintain working product knowledge: Become a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
- Track interactions in Salesforce: Record customer interactions in our internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a customer service or related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to manage time and stay highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Computer literacy.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bonus: 1+ year of jewelry experience.
- Experience using a CRM, Salesforce preferred
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: Full-Time, Standard Business Hours (Monday–Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm)
- Pay Range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year, including 100% employer paid healthcare.
