Dazzle is a tech-led commercial cleaning company providing professional cleaning services across London. We are currently looking for an experienced Cleaning Operative to join one of our client sites in Fitzrovia, W1T.

This is a regular evening cleaning job in Central London, ideal for someone looking for consistent weekday hours and a reliable long-term position. The site is conveniently located between Goodge Street and Warren Street stations, making it easily accessible by public transport.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Cleaning Operative who can commit to the full Monday–Friday schedule.

Previous commercial cleaning experience
Good spoken English
Good attention to detail
A reliable and punctual approach to work
The ability to work independently
Knowledge of COSHH
Knowledge of the colour-coded cleaning system
A working smartphone with your own data plan
The right to work in the UK
A valid DBS certificate
Reliable access to the Fitzrovia site for the evening shifts
Availability to start from 21 September 2026

What We Offer

At Dazzle, we provide professional cleaning services to commercial clients across London and offer cleaning operatives opportunities to work across a range of offices and other professional environments.

As part of Dazzle, you will receive £14.50 per hour, along with 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and Statutory Sick Pay (SSP). Overtime opportunities may also be available depending on business needs and your availability.

Our digital time and attendance system makes it easy to record working hours, while additional opportunities may become available at other suitable Dazzle sites.

We also offer a £50 referral fee for successful referrals, with no limit on the number of successful referrals.
