We are seeking a strategic Performance Team Lead to join our Eagle Hills team and coordinate the digital revenue engine for a portfolio of global luxury hotel brands. This role focuses on orchestrating a specialized team to drive direct bookings while ensuring our tactical execution is as agile and high-performing as the properties we represent.
In the world of performance, we believe in "agility over bureaucracy." Your job is to ensure our digital department remains financially healthy by coordinating experts, suggesting sharp tactics to implement our broader strategy, and maintaining a perfect balance between direct revenue and the OTA mix.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Tactical Implementation: Take the high-level growth strategy and suggest actionable tactics to achieve revenue KPIs for the direct booking channel.
- →Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a specialized team of performance experts, including the Commercial Liaison, Paid Social, SEO, and Media Planning roles.
- →Acquisition Efficiency: Ensuring efficient spend and best ROI.
- →Agile Management: Ensure the team achieves a level of speed and agility that traditional agencies cannot match by focusing on real-time data and daily performance.
- You understand that luxury performance is defined by precision and restraint. You know how to drive high-intent traffic without compromising brand integrity.
- You are comfortable working with real-time performance metrics and moving away from static monthly reporting toward daily agility.
- You are a "Player-Coach" who excels at coordinating multidisciplinary experts to reach a common goal.
- You are excited by the evolving nature of digital content and AI-driven workflows and are ready to adapt as new strategies emerge.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital revenue management, or a similar lead role, ideally for luxury or hospitality brands.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate specialized teams across SEO, Paid Advertising, and Media Planning.
- A track record of managing online sales and optimizing acquisition costs across multiple digital channels.
- Strategic mindset for suggesting tactics that align with Guest Lifetime Value (LTV) and long-term brand health.
