Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Physical-to-Digital Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end workflow of turning on-site property reality into quality digital content.
- →Vendor & Creator Management: Help define legal obligations of photo and video vendors and direct and manage them for on-site property shoots.
- →Influencer & UGC Coordination: Participate in the coordination of influencers and UGC content creators, ensuring their content aligns with our standards and needs, and that it communicates to the right audience.
- →Asset Oversight: Oversee the production of high-touch assets—such as cinematic brand films and architectural photography—that require a human element rather than just AI generation.
- →On-Site Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for production teams, property staff and creators, and participate in location shootings ensuring shoots are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- →Quality Control: Review all incoming raw and finished assets to ensure they align with the "Creative North Star" defined for each property cluster.
- The Production Expert: You have a good understanding of the technical and creative requirements of high-end photo and video production.
- The Relationship Builder: You excel at managing creators—from professional production houses to individual influencers—and know how to guide them to deliver on-brand content.
- The Organized Orchestrator: You are a logistics pro who can manage multiple vendors, creators, and shoot schedules across international locations.
- The Brand Guardian: You have an eye for quality and understand that in luxury hospitality, every frame matters.
- Open-Minded & Flexible: You are excited by the intersection of traditional production, influencer storytelling, and AI-augmented editing workflows.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience in multimedia production, art buying, or influencer management, ideally within the luxury or travel sector.
- Proven track record of managing external creative vendors and overseeing complex on-site productions.
- Experience in coordinating influencer campaigns and managing User-Generated Content (UGC) workflows.
- Technical literacy in photography and videography workflows, including a solid understanding of post-production requirements.
- Strong communication skills for managing expectations between property managers, influencers, and creative teams.
