  • Organic Strategy & Execution: Lead the organic social strategy for assigned luxury hotels and sports properties, ensuring daily community engagement that builds brand equity.
  • Trend-Led Ideation: Monitor platform insights and luxury trends to suggest high-impact content ideas that resonate with a sophisticated audience.
  • Collaborative Creation: Work alongside our AI Copywriters and AI Graphic Designers to produce "always-on" content, while also taking a hands-on approach to creating assets yourself when the moment calls for it.
  • Community Stewardship: Act as the primary point of contact for our followers, answering questions online and engaging with customers to maintain a high level of personalized service.
  • High-End Narrative: Ensure every post, story, and interaction reflects the "Creative North Star" of the property, maintaining a tone of restraint and elegance.
  • The Luxury Enthusiast: You have a deep interest in and understanding of the high-end hospitality and sports segments. You know what appeals to a high-spend user and how to speak their language.
  • The Trend-Spotter: You are naturally curious about social media evolution and can quickly translate a viral trend into a luxury-appropriate tactic.
  • The Community Builder: You understand that luxury is built on relationships. You enjoy engaging with people and have a talent for turning followers into brand advocates.
  • Open-Minded & Flexible: You are excited by the intersection of AI-augmented production and human storytelling, and you are ready to adapt as new social tools emerge.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, specifically for luxury, travel, lifestyle, or sports brands.
  • Proven ability to manage high-end community engagement and handle customer inquiries with a 5-star service mindset.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing content ideas and execution that demonstrate a clear "luxury sensibility."
  • Excellent collaboration skills for working within a high-velocity creative team.
