We are seeking a SEO Manager for our Eagle Hills team to optimise search engine results for our global portfolio of luxury hospitality and sport properties. In this role, you will be the architect of our organic visibility, ensuring that each property’s unique selling points are captured to drive high-intent organic traffic.
Your job is to analyze digital behavior trends and ad rankings to optimize our websites, working in synergy with our paid media and creative teams to reduce the cost of acquisition and maximize brand authority.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Active Optimization & Keyword Strategy: Analyze digital behavior trends and ad rankings to identify and implement the most relevant keywords for property websites.
- →Performance Synergy: Work closely with the Paid Performance Manager to align organic and paid strategies, optimizing landing page relevance to decrease overall advertising costs and improve Quality Scores.
- →Content Collaboration: Partner with our copywriters to produce elegant, high value content that is perfectly optimized for search engines without compromising brand voice.
- →Technical Oversight: Coordinate with web agencies to ensure appropriate tags and technical SEO factors are correctly implemented within the CMS.
- →Hands-on Implementation: Directly manage meta-tags within the CMS and publish pre-written SEO texts to ensure immediate agility and accuracy.
- →Local SEO & Authority Building: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for each property—a critical driver for hospitality—while monitoring technical health to ensure maximum visibility.
- →Competitor Gap Analysis: Regularly audit the search landscape to ensure Eagle Hills properties outrank competitors for key high-intent luxury and destination terms.
- The Analytical Strategist: You understand that luxury SEO requires precision. You know how to drive traffic that doesn't just click but converts into high-value guests.
- Technical Translator: You can speak the language of developers and web agencies, ensuring that technical SEO requirements are understood and executed perfectly.
- The Collaborator: You enjoy working across teams, understanding that the best results come from the intersection of great copy, technical excellence, and paid media insights.
- Open-Minded & Flexible: You are excited by the evolving nature of search and are ready to adapt your workflow as AI-driven search (GEO/AEO) continues to change the landscape.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3-5+ years of experience in SEO, ideally for hospitality, travel, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and working with Paid Media teams to lower advertising costs.
- Proficiency in modern CMS platforms and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Technical understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO factors (Schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and tagging).
- Strong collaborative skills for managing relationships with copywriters and external web agencies.
