Requirements

  • Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive role; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is part of the process. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA health and safety guidelines to keep everyone protected.

  • Learn Pediatric Chairside Assisting: Train to provide high-quality chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during specialized clinical procedures.
  • Patient Experience: Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for, using kid-friendly language to ease dental anxieties.
  • Clinic Operations: Learn to prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining absolute safety and compliance standards.
  • Team Spirit: Actively collaborate with your teammates, support clinical flow, and help maintain a fun, high-energy office environment.
