Responsibilities
~1 min readAs the first smile our patients see and hear, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, positive experience:
- →First Impressions & Patient Check-In: Greet and check in arriving patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
- →Scheduling & Call Management: Answer multi-line phone systems with ease, verify patient details, and assist with scheduling appointments efficiently.
- →Front Office Operations: Maintain an organized front office area, securely handle electronic patient records, and assist with general administrative duties.
- →Team Collaboration: Partner closely with clinical staff and doctors to maintain a smooth daily schedule and a positive office environment.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience: No prior dental experience needed! 1–3 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or administrative) is preferred, but we are fully willing to train candidates eager to build a dental career.
- Communication & Tech Skills: Comfortable navigating multi-line phone systems, computer software, and detailed patient communications with strong attention to detail.
- Core Professional Qualities: A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
- Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to keep our team and patients safe.
