Requirements

Industry Experience: 2+ years of hands-on dental or orthodontic front desk, financial coordination, or treatment coordinator experience is required.
Financial Acumen: Comfortably presenting large-case treatment fees, navigating dental insurance benefits, and building custom financial arrangements.
Communication: Masterful communication, sales presentation, and interpersonal skills—you know how to build trust quickly and close contracts with confidence.
Travel Flexibility: Unrestricted ability to commute smoothly between our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City clinic footprints as scheduled.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, a polished professional demeanor, and a positive, team-first attitude.
Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position. A pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to keep everyone safe.

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will act as the ultimate concierge, helping patients start their smile transformation journeys with absolute confidence:

→Consultation Presentation: Welcome new patients, facilitate a stellar first impression, and clearly explain the orthodontist's clinical treatment plans.
→Financial Case Presentation: Review case costs, maximize patient insurance benefits, structure affordable monthly payment plans, and close contracts.
→Practice Growth & Scheduling: Manage the onboarding pipeline, answer patient questions to overcome objections, and schedule start-appointments accurately.
→Multi-Site Operations: Travel locally to support administrative and consultation workflows seamlessly across our high-volume regional offices.
