Dental Team Member

• Job Type: Full-Time : 34 to 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Shifts between 7:10 AM – 5:20 PM
• Pay Rate: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)

As a Cross-Trained Team Member, you will get the best of both worlds—learning both front desk hospitality and back office chairside assisting:

• Warm Welcome & Check-In: Greet kiddos and parents with an upbeat, caring attitude that turns nerves into giggles and removes dental anxiety.
• Scheduling & Records: Handle phone calls, schedule follow-up visits, and maintain accurate electronic patient records.
• Treatment & Financial Guidance: Walk families through treatment plans, review insurance benefits, and process co-pays.

• Pediatric Chairside Assisting: Assist our pediatric dentists chairside during dental visits in a fast-paced environment.
• Sterilization & Room Prep: Prepare, sanitize, and turn over treatment suites while enforcing all CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety standards.
• Multi-Site Collaboration: Travel between our Post Falls and Hayden practice locations to spread smiles across our community!

• Experience: No prior experience required! 1–3 years of customer service, medical, or dental experience is a plus, but we are fully ready to train eager candidates.
• Mindset: A positive, team-oriented communicator who genuinely loves working with kids, making their day brighter, and thriving in a high-energy workspace.
• Schedule & Location Flexibility: Ability to work shifts starting as early as 6:50 AM and travel between our Post Falls and Hayden locations.
• Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; a pre-employment drug screen is required.
