• Dr. Anna Yoo, DMD: A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine who completed her pediatric specialty training at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). Dr. Anna’s mission is to make checkups feel like playdates (with way fewer sugary treats!), celebrate tiny teeth milestones, and bring extra joy to everything she does. Outside the clinic, she loves discovering cozy coffee shops, thrifting, and K-pop concerts!
• Dr. Marwa Abdelrahman, DDS, MSD (Diplomate, ABO-Board Certified): A practicing dentist since 2010 who completed her pediatric dentistry residency and master’s degree at the University of Maryland. Dr. Marwa specializes in behavior guidance, caring for children with special needs, and advanced sedation options (including N2O and general anesthesia). An active member of the ADA, AAPD, ODA, and AAWD currently completing her MBA, Dr. Marwa loves traveling, hiking, sports, and exploring new local restaurants!

• →Expanded Functions Clinical Assisting: Perform EFDA-certified restorative procedures, sealant applications, crown placements, and four-handed pediatric chairside assisting.
• →Radiography & Imaging: Take high-quality digital dental X-rays (RHS) efficiently while keeping children comfortable.
• →Sedation & Special Needs Care: Assist providers during specialized pediatric workflows, including Nitrous Oxide (N2O) and sedation cases.
• →Operatory Prep & Sterilization: Prepare, sanitize, and turn over treatment suites while strictly enforcing CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety standards.
• →Patient Comfort & High-Fives: Create a fun, anxiety-free atmosphere with high energy, laughter, and tiny high-fives!

• Clinical Experience: Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience (pediatric experience preferred!).
• Certifications Required: Valid EFDA and Radiology Health & Safety (RHS) Certifications required.
• BLS/CPR Certified: Active BLS/CPR certification required (we pay for your annual recertification!).
• Software Bonus: Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus!

• Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required.

This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen. We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
