  • Dr. Andrey Gaiduchik, DDS (ABO Board-Certified): Advanced specialist in adult airway-centric expansion, MARPE, and MSE techniques, utilizing cutting-edge digital technology for smart, efficient tooth movement.
  • Dr. Christian Hoybjerg, DDS, MS: Passionate advocate for transformational smile journeys, fostering a high-vibe, family-like environment for both staff and patients.
  • Dr. Aimee Zakaluzny, DMD, MS (ABO Board-Certified): Former U.S. Air Force specialist and resident mentor bringing nearly two decades of combined general and orthodontic surgical expertise.
  • Dr. Steven H. Scott, DDS, MS: UCLA and University of Michigan graduate with 28+ years of clinical mastery focused on functional occlusion, patient-centered care, and confidence-building.

Responsibilities

As a Business Associate II, you will serve as a key patient advocate and front-office coordinator while supporting team operational success:

1. Patient Consultations & Clear Treatment Presentations
  • Treatment Presentation: Masterfully coordinate and present customized orthodontic treatment plans compiled by our doctors, explaining procedures in clear, patient-friendly language.
  • Financial Arrangements: Explain and execute flexible financial options, payment contracts, and insurance benefit structures to help families feel confident moving forward with treatment.
  • Building Patient Trust: Answer patient questions, address concerns with empathy, and guide families through every step of their consultation.
2. High-Touch Customer Service & Patient Communication
  • Warm Welcomes: Greet every patient with enthusiasm, process completed check-outs, accept payments, and schedule follow-up adjustment appointments.
  • De-escalation & Resolution: Address upset patients or billing questions with patience and care using proven communication techniques.
  • Multilingual Support: Utilize your English/Spanish bilingual skills to bridge communication gaps and ensure all families feel comfortable and understood.
3. Scheduling & Office Coordination
  • Full Schedule Optimization: Handle incoming phone inquiries, schedule new patient consultations, and keep the clinical appointment book running efficiently.
  • Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate digital patient charts, update records in our Practice Management Software, and adhere strictly to HIPAA and OSHA privacy standards.
  • Team Synergy: Support and collaborate with fellow front office staff (Business Associate I) to ensure a smooth, cheerful daily practice flow.

  • No Dental Experience Needed: Zero prior dental or orthodontic experience required! We provide full, comprehensive on-the-job training on our software, treatment options, and administrative systems.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
