Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional customer service or front desk experience is required (prior experience in a dental or medical front office is a major bonus, but we are fully willing to train you on dental software if you bring the right energy!).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to make patients and families feel heard, comfortable, and valued.
  • Mindset: A warm, friendly demeanor, a strong team-first attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and an eagerness to learn a stable new profession.
  • Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines to keep our team and patients protected.

  • Administrative Flow: Keep front office documentation, patient records, and day-to-day coordination running like clockwork.
  • Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our back-office dental assistants and hygienists to maintain a smooth, stress-free daily patient flow.
