Part-Time Sterilization Technician

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

• →Instrument Sterilization & Infection Control: Clean, sterilize, and package orthodontic instruments and handpieces according to CDC, OSHA, and ADA standards.
• →Operatory Turnover & Setup: Prepare, sanitize, and reset clinical treatment areas efficiently between patient appointments.
• →Clinical & Inventory Support: Restock treatment bays, manage clinical supplies, and assist orthodontic assistants and doctors during busy patient flows.
• →Multi-Site Clinic Operations: Travel between our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City practice locations as scheduled.

• Experience: Prior dental or customer service experience is preferred, but zero prior experience is required—we will train the right candidate!
• Mandatory Travel: Reliable personal transportation and strict willingness to travel between our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City clinics.
• Core Qualities: High energy, dependability, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a team-first mindset.
• Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly adhere to CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety standards.
