Based in the heart of South Meadows in Reno, our office is committed to excellence and providing children with the highest quality of care in a warm, nurturing environment. Our number one goal is to ensure that both you and your child are comfortable during each visit.
Using state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled caregivers, we focus on preventive dentistry and dental maintenance for children, young adults, and children with special needs. We teach children the proper way to care for their teeth and show them that going to the dentist can be safe, rewarding, and fun!
You’ll work side-by-side with exceptional, pediatric-focused doctors who love kids:
- Dr. Blake Wilde (ABO Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist): Raised near San Diego, Dr. Wilde completed his DDS at Ohio State University and a two-year pediatric specialty residency in Arizona. A Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and member of the ADA and AAPD, Dr. Wilde loves making dental visits fun. Outside the office, he and his wife, Brooke, enjoy raising their five children in Reno, hiking, swimming at Lake Tahoe, skiing at Mt. Rose, painting, and biking!

I think I have the best job in the world." — Dr. Blake Wilde - Dr. Grace Chen: Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Grace earned her DDS at the University of Toronto, completed a General Practice Residency at Jacobi Medical Center (a Level-1 trauma center in the Bronx), and earned her specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry at BronxCare Health Systems in NY. A member of the AAPD, ADA, and CSPD, Dr. Grace is passionate about helping kids build healthy lifelong habits. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, surfing, and traveling!
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Pediatric Chairside Assisting: Learn to provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during clinical and preventive procedures.
- →Patient Comfort & Anxiety Relief: Greet children and parents with high energy, using kid-friendly techniques to ease anxieties, put children at ease, and make visits fun.
- →Clinic Operations & Sterilization: Prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms while strictly following CDC, OSHA, and ADA infection control protocols.
- →Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with clinical and front office teams to maintain a smooth, cheerful daily patient flow.
Requirements

- Communication Skills: Warm, enthusiastic, and patient-focused communication skills with a natural ability to connect with kids and families.
- Mindset: A strong work ethic, a collaborative team-first attitude, a love for learning, and a passion for helping children.
- Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required.
