Responsibilities

  • Orthodontic Chairside Support: Provide efficient, high-quality chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures, adjustment appointments, and bonding sessions.
  • Unforgettable Patient Experiences: Turn everyday grins into beaming, confident smiles by creating a comfortable, cheerful, and welcoming environment.
  • Clinic Operations & Safety: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and strictly maintain infection control protocols following CDC, OSHA, and ADA standards.
  • Multisite Collaboration: Work alongside a passionate clinical team while traveling between local area practice locations.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in dental assisting or orthodontics is highly preferred, but motivated RDA candidates eager to learn and grow in orthodontics are encouraged to apply!
  • Communication Skills: Top-notch interpersonal skills that make patients and teammates feel instantly at home.
  • Mindset: High energy, strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a deep alignment with mission-driven patient care.
  • Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required.
