Production Coordinator

• →Manage workflow of production projects
• →Support Marketing for campus events (all forms of signage for audience experience)
• →Manage canvas framing projects
• →Create and install facilities and directional signage
• →Create and install University displays and exhibits
• →Create and install University fleet graphics (not required)
• →Operate and maintain production equipment
• →Manage quality control of all production projects
• →Interface with customers on graphic production requirements/maintain customer relations
• →Maintain inventory of production-related materials
• →Coordinates all production related projects
• →Oversee project estimating and billing
• →Assist other Marketing operations as needed
• →Assist other University departments as needed
• →Maintain and build relationships with vendors
• →Support all university departments especially enrollment team
• →Works with Director of Marketing on new equipment proposals/purchases and installations
• →Maintains all maintenance and daily use of all large format printers

• Demonstrated experience in the signage industry
• Experience with graphic color management
• Experience with and expertise in digital wide format output systems
• Knowledge of signage regulations (ADA, OSHA, etc.)
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to manage/execute multiple priority projects simultaneously preferred
• Professional in appearance and presentation
• Effective in oral and written communication
• Minimum of 5 years sign industry experience
• BA or BS preferred, Associate's degree requried
