Responsibilities

→Thorough understanding of Federal construction management practices.
→Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
→Knowledge of applicable building codes and engineering principles.
→Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
→Ability to evaluate contractor performance.
→Ability to review technical submittals.
→Ability to develop construction cost estimates.
→Ability to analyze contractor proposals.
→Ability to evaluate construction schedules.
→Ability to prepare technical reports.
→Strong verbal and written communication skills.
→Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
→Ability to manage multiple construction crews simultaneously.
→Ability to work independently in remote project locations.
