BODY20 Lenexa City Center

BODY20 Lenexa City Center is looking for an outgoing, well-connected, and self-motivated Community Outreach & Brand Ambassador to help us build relationships and increase awareness throughout Lenexa and the surrounding Johnson County community.

This is not a traditional in-studio fitness position. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, attending community events, and finding creative ways to introduce BODY20 to local businesses and organizations.

If you are the person who walks into a networking event knowing no one and leaves knowing ten people, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Build Community Relationships

Represent BODY20 at networking events, Chamber events, community gatherings, health and wellness events, and local business functions.
Develop relationships with businesses, organizations, employers, apartment communities, healthcare and wellness professionals, and other potential referral partners.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, cross-promotions, corporate wellness programs, and collaborative events.

Find Opportunities

Proactively research upcoming community events, races, health fairs, charity events, corporate events, festivals, and other opportunities where BODY20 should have a presence.
Maintain a calendar of upcoming opportunities and recommend which events BODY20 should attend, sponsor, or participate in.
Look beyond obvious events and continually find new ways to get BODY20 in front of the local community.

Generate Leads

Talk confidently with people about BODY20 and help them understand how our 20-minute EMS training works.
Collect qualified leads and encourage prospective clients to schedule an introductory experience at the studio.
Follow up with connections made through community outreach and networking.
Track outreach activity, partnerships, leads, appointments, and results.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Naturally outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
Genuinely enthusiastic about fitness, health, and wellness.
Willing to actively participate in BODY20 training so you can speak authentically about the experience and represent the brand with confidence.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the community.
A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple contacts, events, and opportunities.
Proactive and able to identify opportunities without needing constant direction.
Comfortable representing a premium fitness and wellness brand professionally.
Able to reliably travel throughout Lenexa and surrounding Johnson County communities.
Available for some mornings, evenings, and weekends based on community events.

Previous experience in community outreach, outside sales, business development, event planning, hospitality, nonprofit development, medical or pharmaceutical sales, real estate, marketing, or similar relationship-based roles is preferred but not required.

Prior fitness industry experience is not required, but a genuine interest in fitness and wellness is important.

BODY20 uses EMS technology to provide personalized, full-body training in just 20 minutes. Our Lenexa City Center studio offers semi-private personal training designed to help clients build strength and improve fitness efficiently with expert coaching.

We are growing our presence throughout the community and are looking for someone who can become one of the local faces of our brand.

Position Details

Part-time position
Flexible schedule with some mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on community events
