Associate Plumber

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Plumber to join our team in Hertford, NC.

Open to Skillbridge applicants.

Responsibilities

→Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures (toilets, sinks, water heaters) for water, gas, and drainage systems
→Diagnose plumbing issues, clear clogs, fix leaks, and maintain high-pressure steam or hot water heating systems
→Read and interpret blueprints, building specifications, and layout drawings to determine pipe locations
→Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations, including inspecting systems for safety
→Communicate with clients, provide cost estimates, and offer professional repair solutions

Requirements

Ability to obtain a Class 1 (P-1) License in North Carolina within 6 months
Customer service experience
Ability to obtain an upgraded security clearance as needed

Basic knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety procedures.
Critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills
