Associate Systems Engineering Support Analyst

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study
• 1+ years of experience in systems engineering
• 1+ years of experience working in a lab environment
• 1+ years of experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, Java, React.js) for system analysis or automation tasks
• 1+ years of experience with Windows Server 2022, Red Hat Linux 9+, SQL
• Experience developing and analyzing requirements
• Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

• Experience in Agile Methodologies and tools
• Experience researching and analyzing technical data

• →Apply systems engineering methodologies to design, develop, and maintain systems, tools, and new product solutions
• →Serves as system administrator for Engineering tools in the Flight Simulation Labs organization
• →Identifies opportunities and implements data analysis and automation including dashboard and reporting for the organization
• →Derives and develops basic architecture, functional requirements, and product designs, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• →Collaborates with cross functional project teams including engineering, IT, cyber, networking, software, customers, and suppliers to achieve organizational goals
• →Engages in continuous improvement initiatives for all Flight Simulation Labs processes and tools

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  Summary pay range: $81,600 – $110,400
