The Boeing Company is currently seeking DevSecOps Agile Leaders (Experienced and Senior) to join a proprietary Air Dominance program in Berkeley, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.

The primary statement of work for this team is to ensure successful integration of various software products into a consistent DevSecOps framework. The individuals chosen for these roles will work to define metrics, agile processes, improvement opportunities, and serve as scrum masters within the organization.

Collaborate with solution manager to define agile processes for DevSecOps teams

Facilitate agile coaching, training, and metrics development

Serve as a scrum mater to remove blockers, ensure team alignment, status the team’s work, and provide Jira automation to improve processes

Seek continuous improvement and hold teams accountable for meeting deliverables
→
Drive agile execution across DevSecOps teams
→
Mentor teams on agile best practices

Work with internal and external customers to remove blockers and support efficient development of their products

Requirements

Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience working in an engineering, engineering technology, or related technical discipline
3+ years of experience managing and/or leading a team either formally or informally, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
Experience leading an Agile team using Agile methodologies
Experience with DevSecOps
