Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Procurement Agent (Level 1) to join our Experimental Systems Group (ESG) in Seal Beach, California.

Responsibilities

→Obtains proposals, evaluates sources, monitors and reports supplier performance
→Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
→Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements to comply with company procedures and federal acquisition requirements
→Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities

This position is for 1st shift.

Shift 1 (United States of America)

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required.

Requirements

Experience in supplier management or supply chain management
Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience applying proper writing mechanics, grammar, and punctuation to reports, essays, or other detailed writings

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience presenting to multiple levels of an organization
